Share preferred collection and return dates, the destination and the planned power source. Collection is from Ourimbah NSW 2258 by arrangement. If the destination is heavily treed or surrounded by steep terrain, mention that too so we can point to the Starlink obstruction checker. For multi-stop trips, include the rough route and the places where a connection matters most.

If the Mini will not connect, send a description of the lights, the message shown in the Starlink app and a photo of the sky above the dish. Most setup issues come down to power delivery or overhead obstructions, and those details make troubleshooting much faster. Move the dish only after checking the app’s obstruction view and cable connections.

Approved customers receive a secure payment link by email and have three days to pay before the dates return to the calendar. Reply to any booking email to change dates, cancel, ask about the refundable bond or confirm collection timing. Never send card details by email; card payments are completed only on Stripe’s hosted checkout.
