New booking or pickup question?

Check live dates and the complete cost before submitting a no-payment request. Collection and return are by arrangement in Ourimbah NSW 2258. There is no Sydney or Newcastle pickup branch or delivery service included in the online offer.

Power and setup

Send the planned power source make, model and output ratings, and describe the intended dish location. Batteries and a vehicle mount are not included. Read the power checklist and setup guide before leaving reception.

Deposits, changes and refunds

Approval emails state the exact deposit deadline: up to three days, or earlier when collection is sooner. The deposit is credited towards hire. The remaining hire balance and separate refundable bond are due at collection.

Reply to your booking email about a change, cancellation or refund. A payment marked processing or under review should not be paid again. Never email card details. Read the accepted terms of hire for cancellation and bond arrangements.

Help during the hire

Email the booking reference, the Starlink app message, the power source in use and a description of the sky above the Mini. Photos of the setup can help, but do not include card details or unrelated personal information.

This service does not promise 24-hour telephone support or emergency communications. Keep an independent option for essential and emergency contact.
