Your collection and return checklist
Understand Ourimbah handover, the hire balance, refundable bond, equipment checks and return records.
Before collection
Pay your deposit online to secure the dates. After payment is verified, check your email for the private address and instructions in Ourimbah NSW 2258, and agree a collection time. Bring your driver's licence, booking reference, remaining hire balance and separate refundable bond. Do not upload or email your licence. Your hire includes both collection and return dates.
At the handover
Check the Mini, stand, supplied cables, mains adapter and case together. Record any existing condition issues, confirm the equipment list and make sure the intended power setup is understood. Ask for the Wi-Fi details and the agreed return time.
During the hire
Keep the equipment secure and contact the owner promptly about a fault, damage or a proposed date change. An extension requires approval and availability; it is not created by keeping the kit beyond the agreed return date.
At return
Return the complete kit to Ourimbah at the agreed time. The owner records return and inspection, then reconciles the bond under the accepted hire terms. A booking cancellation or a dashboard status change does not itself move money; keep the payment or refund reference.
